THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the effective date first set forth above (the "Effective Date") by and between Product Champ (CPI Online Innovations) located at Bethel CT (the "Company") and the Client.

2. Onboarding Information
Client agrees to provide all necessary information for onboarding onto the platform.
3. Term
a. This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and will continue for a minimum period of [30 days], then will continue on a month to month basis unless otherwise terminated by either Party.
b. The amount of subscription package chosen will be due every 30 days and will be automatically deducted from the Client's payment method on file.
c. The Client understands that their payment information will be saved on file for future transactions.
4. Termination
a. After 30 days of no contact from Client to The Company, The Company may assume Client is no longer in need of The Company's services, and may terminate the Agreement; in this event, all unpaid fees will be due and collectible at the time of termination.
b. This Agreement may not be terminated prior to [30 days] after the Effective Date by either party. If Client desires to terminate the Services, they must submit a written request at least seven (7) days prior to the desired date of termination.
5. License
Client is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software provided by The Company solely for its business operations as per this Agreement.
7. Additional Services
All services outside the scope of this Agreement, requested by the Client and which The Company agrees to perform, will be billed at $200 per hour. Other arrangements and services can take place upon request.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from the use or non-performance of the Services.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds on our services or monthly subscription to Product Champ. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will assist you until you are completely satisfied with our services.If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us at hello@productchamp.io, and we will work with you to address any issues.
Billing Policy:
a. Subscribers will be billed on a monthly basis for access to Product Champ. Payments will be automatically processed using the billing information provided at the time of subscription. Any changes to billing information should be updated in the subscriber's account settings.
b. You may cancel your subscription to Product Champ at any time. Once you cancel, recurring payments will cease, and you will no longer be billed. If you have any billing-related questions or concerns, please contact us at hello@productchamp.io, and we will assist you promptly.
